Re: Pic with the huge squash: Where's her clothes, and is that marker I see on her stomach?!* ha ha - I cannot tell you what a kick I get out of this darling little girl of yours :)
We have started back with all the craziness. I officially am graduated from college and it feels surreal. I always feel I have to study or take a test. Its a relief when I come back to reality and realize....I don't have to anymore:) I also am back to coaching the freshman volleyball team for Richfield high school. Its stressful at times, but there is nothing like seeing the girls succeed at all levels. In my spare time I have been reading and enjoying my freedom from the stress of school. Adrie and I get out a lot more and we have pretty much no boundaries. My parents bought a town home in Saint George this July and Adrie and I have stayed there for at least two weeks total. It's a blast.
Brett was given more hours at work, and now we will have BENEFITS in september. I can't believe it! We can go to the dentist now.ha ha. He has also started school again and he is specializing in MRI'S and CT scans. He has to do 19 credits each sememster for a year and a half (December 2011). He is going to be very busy, but we are definitely counting our blessings. On top of everything else he has been refing football on Saturdays and Thursdays.
Adrie Adrie Adrie....What can I say. She is officially the sweetest, sassiest, silliest, and stinkiest kid around:) She talks non-stop to anyone who will listen and she wants to be friends with everyone. No boundaries with her. She loves to watch moomies (movies) on the computer (netflix) and carries a doll with her everywhere she goes. She has maternal instincts. Our favorite is when she is feeling sweet and she says, "I am so glad ye here." Then she will give a kiss, a pat on the back, or a hug. When she has been naughty and she has to go to time out she says immediately, "I want to be sorry." She makes us laugh like crazy. Fun!
We planted a garden for the third year in a row, and it is doing really well. We are now reaping the benefits and we have food galore. I have not bought groceries for three weeks now (except milk). Brett and I have planned a vacation to Denver at the end of september. We are going to the COLTS vs Broncos game. I am so excited to see Manning, Addai, Garcon, Collie, and Wayne play live. I am giddy about it.
I hope you all are doing well. We are happy to hear from anyone. Happy Fall!
